President, SCALE Marketing
Overview
SCALE Healthcare Marketing is seeking to hire an experience President of SCALE Marketing to join our team. Key responsibilities for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy for the company, and the new projects within it.
The President will collaborate closely with the CEO and President of SCALE with support from our existing and growing in-house team that consists of Web Developers, Data Analysts, Graphic Design and PR Associates, and Marketing Coordinators and Associates. Additionally, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of projects with clients and potential prospects. The primary job responsibility will be to successfully expand the size and capabilities of a very young agency that benefits from a broad healthcare consulting parent company, with a particular focus on developing uniquely strong marketing strategy and data analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience at marketing agencies, at least 5yrs in a Senior Management role; founder/CEO, or at minimum partner at a larger firm
- Experience in healthcare services marketing, multi-site provider based organizations
- Documented success sourcing client business from healthcare companies
- Documented success growing an agency business from young/small, to mature
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Strong client project management skills
- Experience with primarily healthcare company marketing strategy and analytics, but also marketing campaigns, SEO, Web Analytics, CRM.
- Strong leadership, and team building skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make leadership decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
