Ty recently obtained a STEM designated Master of Science in Finance from Fairfield University Charles F. Dolan School of Business where he graduated with Honors. During his tenure at Fairfield, he was one of five students selected to represent the University in the CFA Global Investment Research Challenge and received the Dolan School of Business Honors Certificate. Prior to Fairfield, Ty studied Finance and Economics and Quinnipiac University where he was selected to manage the Health Care sector of the Student Managed Endowment Fund.

Ty has a combination of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Health Care Technology. His most recent experience in Health Care was with IBM Watson Health where he was a Senior Financial Analyst working directly with the CFO. During his tenure at IBM, Ty was responsible for forecasting SaaS renewal contracts for all health care business segments and assisted with forecasting revenue and headcount for IBM Watson Health. Ty has also worked at JZ Capital Partners, a London based Private Equity firm where he assisted in investment research, due diligence, and putting together materials for potential investors. He has interned at Riveria Investment Group, a Private Equity firm in New York where he evaluated prospective investments in all industries.

Ty has completed the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute and has a certificate in SQL.
