Tim Wagner is a healthcare leader with 14 years of experience partnering with physician groups, clinical teams, and hospital & health system leadership to make operational change. Through his expertise in Project Management & Change Management, Tim helps his clients transform processes through operational improvement, workflow optimization, physician practice management, and clinical software implementation.
Tim has worked with healthcare clients both large and small to drive operational and clinical change, increase staff and physician efficiency, reduce cost and key throughput metrics, enhance quality, and improve patient flow and patient satisfaction. Specialty areas Tim has worked with include Emergency, Hospitalists, Anesthesia, Nursing, Case Management, & Ancillary Services.
Prior to joining SCALE, Tim’s previous roles include implementation & program management for GE Healthcare Command Centers, healthcare consulting with Plante Moran, and physician practice management with Vituity (formerly MedAmerica / CEP America), a national multi-specialty physician practice.
An Industrial Engineer with a healthcare focus by background, Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
