Seth has spent the majority of his career as a leader in healthcare growth and development. Seth has over 13 years focused on growth in the ASC industry. He has extensive experience in the growth and development of healthcare ancillaries.
Prior to SCALE, Seth was a Vice President of Business Development at ValueHealth. Seth’s responsibilities included market strategy with a focus on value-based care. He was responsible for heading key health system relationships and leading ASC development throughout the Midwest.
Prior to ValueHealth, Seth was a partner at US Doctors, a group focused on practice growth and supporting physician ancillaries. Seth spent over 9 years with United Surgical Partners International as a leader in ASC growth and development. During his tenor at USPI he led in growth strategy and service line expansion, creating several industry firsts that have been replicated across the industry.
