Peter has joined SCALE after more than a decade in investment banking, law and private equity.  Prior to SCALE, Peter most recently served as Director at Benchmark International, where he was responsible for leading an elite M&A team of analysts and associates in the middle market deal space. Experienced in strategic success and value-add operations within transactions, he has advised on healthcare finance, revenue cycle optimization, data management and analytics. Coming from a quantitative background, Peter continues to enjoy three-statement modeling, scenario building, decision simulation and exploratory data mining techniques.

Peter received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and JD from University of Houston. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and holds various licenses in finance and real estate.
