Melanie joins SCALE with an entrepreneurial and financial services background. During her 3 years as an analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, Melanie has driven operational change by reducing financial close time through developing and implementing financial systems. In addition to performing monthly close activities and global consolidations, Melanie secured the integrity of internal controls and drove process improvements to optimize balance sheet reconciliations.
Melanie has both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College. She also holds FINRA securities licenses. Outside of work, Mel is an avid skier and enjoys tennis and stand-up comedy.
