Dotty Bollinger is an Executive Partner on the Compliance & Risk Management team. She is also a registered nurse and an attorney. Previously, she served as CEO of Integrity Healthcare Advisors, LLC, a healthcare consulting company that provides services to a variety of healthcare practices in the areas of clinical and business operations strategy and execution, specifically to support practice excellence, profitability and growth. With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Dotty brings a unique perspective of clinical, compliance and business insights to clients.

Prior to SCALE she founded IHA, Dotty served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Laser Spine Institute until 2015. She successfully led the organization to its position as a leader in health care innovation, delivering excellence in surgical care and quality patient experience, all while delivering significant returns to its investors.  Prior to her tenure at Laser Spine Institute, Dotty served as General Counsel and SVP of Risk Management for Horizon Bay Senior Communities.

Recognized for her leadership abilities, Dotty has been named to Becker’s ASC Review’s “Great Women Leaders in the ASC Industry” for several years. She leads a variety of professional groups for women leaders, providing mentorship opportunities and encouraging others to lead with a heart of servanthood.

Dotty graduated with a degree in Nursing from Maria College in Albany, New York, and later completed her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing at the University of Maryland University College. She earned a law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law and holds a Master’s level certificate in health care compliance from George Washington University.
