Carlos Martinez

Carlos is the Senior Vice President of Data Analytics and I.T. Solutions.

Carlos has 10 years of healthcare experience working with large health systems and physician services organizations. He has a passion for translating numbers and data into a compelling story of financial performance and opportunities. His experience in healthcare ranges from business intelligence, data analytics, finance, operations, and revenue cycle for multi-site and multi-specialty practices.

Prior to working at Scale, Carlos worked as the Vice President of Data Analytics and Finance for Elevate ENT where he was responsible for financial oversight and the data analytics of the group. Previously, he served as a Senior Manager in TeamHealth and Envision Healthcare responsible for Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Decision Support. He is an adept developer with extensive experience combining financial expertise with technical skills to deliver effective solutions to complex business problems.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Florida International University, a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Texas A&M and is a graduate of Harvard University Business Analytics Program.
